Most orders ship within 24 hours via ground delivery. If for some reason an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and let you know how quickly your order can be filled.
Orders received after 2 p.m. Eastern Time will be shipped the following day. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. We also offer guaranteed overnight, 2 day and 3 day delivery for an additional fee. When choosing expedited shipping, if you have any special considerations, please call and speak with our staff to ensure there are no delays.
Returns
Generally, we will accept returns and exchanges on products within thirty days of purchase. Please request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by calling (888) 639-7259 before returning products.
Shipments without the RMA# will not be accepted and will be returned to you. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking charge of 15% and/or charge for re-packaging, depreciation and/or rental charges for products returned in used or shop worn condition.
